Moved into a rental property here the other day and so far it’s been pretty bad. Trash cans were filled to the brim and left in the garage so that flies were now in the garage. Things that should work like the garbage disposal don’t. And now, come to find a hole in the corner of our bedroom where ants are entering from and coming into our bed. Hope this is covered by the high HOA fees. $85 for weeds in the yard? Seems excessive.
