Their properties are disgusting and not well maintained. And the management don’t really know what they’re doing either. I’d look else where.
New Manager again in Mounds View..who do I talk to now ?????
Not good! Can't keep a manager! Can't keep up with the dumpster area. Not Having trash men push dumpsters back in their place and/or keeping area clean. Recycle is a joke, as people throw trash other than recycling and lucky if it gets dump every 2 weeks. This dumpster is out side my window. Not a difficult thing to keep up. I feel Riverstone does not care for their residents . Next to being a dump.
