My wife and I have had nothing but problems with our “quality built” Centex/Pulte home. (What a joke that is). There warranty service is nothing short of abusive as 5 different people and companies need to address EVERY issue and then the job does not get done correctly as it is, and that is IF THEY RESPOND within days or weeks. I have to say by this being our first purchase for NEW CONSTRUCTION Centex made it worth it. The process was easy and our builder Matt kept us updated through out while process. He's been FANTASTIC and Julia from centex, was checking in on us well. So far we are pleased with our new home.

I bought my home just over 18 months ago from Centex and was very excited to have a home with little issues. The problem is that the quality of work is not up to par and when you try to get help, they are not responsive. Just this past Fourth of July weekend, our whole sink fell out and broke off a wood panel. I called their emergency line and they told me they couldn’t do anything for three days.
