It's a basic facility business park on the old meatworks site. The highlight, and only reason to visit, is Smooth Blend Cafe where you'll get a great coffee and breakfast or lunch.

I needed a space to store my shipping container and the team made it happen very fast and with a professional manner exceeding expectations. The facility is great, the friendliness and cooperation of the staff was excellent. A special thank you to Wendy, a bright spark with a can do attitude ! Price was good, speed was fantastic and the flexibility to meet my unique needs gets a huge thank you ! I'd highly recommend the whole experience :)

I needed a quirky Solution that was hard to find, and was going to be expensive at most Business Parks. The Team at Rivo worked through my needs to get me sorted for a reasonable Cost. Close to home , Affordable and a great community of Tenants all doing extraordinary projects, always a good story to hear. I can see I will be there for a long while, with such a professional team with a smile, why not.
