RecommendedRiverstone Apartments are a really nice place to stay and located close to the freeways, retail stores and entertainment. The leasing consultant Andrea is an absolute credit to Riverstone Apartments. Because of how well she did her job I instantly knew Riverstone Apartments is where I wanted my family to be. Thanks Andrea for being awesome!
We have lived here almost 2 years and like the apartment and community. However, there is a large turnover of office staff and maintenance. We have had 4 managers since we came. Our biggest beef now is the mandatory $30 monthly charge for valet trash....which doesn't even work well. They miss whole streets or leave it on the curb. If Village Green doesn't get things in control, the complex will go downhill fast. We would like to stay here so hope they get it fixed!
These apartments are beautiful, you pay what you pay for. There are economical options with less updated appliances and less square footage if that’s the route you want to take. Valet garbage services are available. Lastly the staff is prompt and amazing! Clara and Nicky have been great help anytime I’ve needed anything. They have are very helpful!

Happily lived at Riverstone for the year I was at Leavenworth. Great place, clean, low to no crime, great running trail around the complex, walking distance to the bars at Zona Rosa, 7min to the airport, and 25min to library parking lot at Leavenworth. Absolutely recommend.

Beautiful apartments and grounds. We visited our son and used the pool and BBQ. Everything was so clean and people were very friendly.
