Once again, Riverstone has showed why I am willing to drive an hour to get to them. I took our new dog in to have him neutered and have his shots updated as the previous owners said it was time. From the initial phone call to make the appointment to our arrival the day of the surgery, the staff was friendly and truly helped put us at ease that Gage was in good hands. My cats always get wonderful care there. They take their time with both the cats and with me.
They are the only place I will ever bring my dog. They love her like she was their own!
My cat hurt his tail a few days ago, and reopened the wound by mistake this morning.. so I called up Riverstone Animal Hospital in Canton to be checked out. Although we didn’t have an appointment, they went out of their way to fit me into their schedule and been seen. He’s doing much better now! He was given an antibiotic injection and had my tail re-bandaged.. not to mention, sporting a super sweet cone. This is a very clean and relaxing facility. The staff and the doctor are fantastic. Our first experience there was, unfortunately, to euthanize our cat, but for the kindness and compassion they showed our cat and us, we decided to make this the permanent vet for our animals. I highly recommend this vet!
Absolutely fell in LOVE this place! We had our first visit yesterday and I was extremely pleased with how it went. They treated my Zuzu so well and made her first vet experience a positive one! I can’t thank them enough for that! The office is very clean, warm, and inviting. The staff are very personable and so nice and welcoming and I can not wait to be back in a couple of weeks for her next visit! Thank you RAH!
Our sweet Labrador Ruger loves his visits to the vet! All employees are the sweetest and make you feel like family! I wouldn't choose anywhere else!!
