RiverSpring has been one of the most unhelpful MLTC plans we have dealt with. Our case manager, Henrietta, has done nothing to advocate for my grandmother, who has numerous health issues and clearly needs around the clock support. We were denied any increase beyond the hours a week we have now with no weekend coverage, despite providing letters from her doctors explaining her condition and care needs. We never chose RiverSpring Health Insurance, and we certainly never chose Harrietta Bartholomew as our case manager, yet somehow, we were assigned both. This place deserves a zero rating! My elderly father needs critical support and services in his home, and instead of help, we’ve received confusion, miscommunication, and blatant incompetence. I would give 0 stars if I could. I received a call from someone named Elena or Elaine (unclear) who claimed my aunt had attacked multiple people at the daycare. When I called the daycare to verify, they confirmed that no such incident had occurred. Elena was extremely incompetent, struggling to comprehend and communicate effectively in English, let alone spreading false information.
