We never chose RiverSpring Health Insurance, and we certainly never chose Harrietta Bartholomew as our case manager, yet somehow, we were assigned both. This place deserves a zero rating! My elderly father needs critical support and services in his home, and instead of help, we’ve received confusion, miscommunication, and blatant incompetence. I would give 0 stars if I could. I received a call from someone named Elena or Elaine (unclear) who claimed my aunt had attacked multiple people at the daycare. When I called the daycare to verify, they confirmed that no such incident had occurred. Elena was extremely incompetent, struggling to comprehend and communicate effectively in English, let alone spreading false information. How can you run a facility as big as this, that relates to people LIFE and has no one answering the phone it’s now 1:00 and has been calling and no response. If you all don’t want to work leave so someone else can do it. UNACCEPTABLE
