I would give 0 stars if I could. I received a call from someone named Elena or Elaine (unclear) who claimed my aunt had attacked multiple people at the daycare. When I called the daycare to verify, they confirmed that no such incident had occurred. Elena was extremely incompetent, struggling to comprehend and communicate effectively in English, let alone spreading false information. How can you run a facility as big as this, that relates to people LIFE and has no one answering the phone it’s now 1:00 and has been calling and no response. If you all don’t want to work leave so someone else can do it. UNACCEPTABLE
Let me start by saying, RiverSpring Health Plans deserves minus 0 stars! I had video meeting with someone who was supposed to be a "Nurse" who refused to give me her last name. There was a half naked man walking around behind her, crying children in the background and all this while shoving patato chips in her mouth rendering me incapable of understanding what she was saying. I submitted an application for CDPAS for my mother, 21, 2024 and all documents were sent. The decision was to be made within 10 days. I want to assure you that the employees of River Spring, namely: Henrietta Bartalameo, Dmitry Guberman, Ralph Schopel, Tatyana (unfortunately, it was not possible to find out her last name, but according to the conversation she is a woman of pre-retirement age and not very polite), the resolution of this issue was deliberately delayed .
