So quiet here! The manager has been here a few years now so don't let the older reviews of poor management discourage you from looking here. We love it, we are going on a year now and will be renewing our lease. Gated and assigned parking, controlled keyed entry into the building, laundry on every floor. Floor plans are very accommodating and have quite a bit a of well placed storage - we are able to have a sectional couch in the living room and a king size bed in the primary bedroom and we are not cramped.

I was a resident of Riverview West Apartments on Des Moines Memorial Drive for about 2 years. The apartments are in the perfect position. Georgetown, Soto, West Seattle & Burien are about 10 minutes away. The apartments offer gated assigned parking, laundry areas on each floor. A bus stop is right in front of the main entrance. Michael Thai was the best manager! He is always present onsite making repairs, talking with tenants, etc. The apartments are big, living room was spacious. Would definitely recommend these apartments!

the manager is never there the apartments are deteriorated they raise the rent but they do not fix anything they are dirty the corridors there is no security and the packages are stolen the cameras do not work it has been more than a month that they do not fix the entrance door of the hallway 2nd floor the water from the laundry is dirty water and the machines are useless for washing.. if you pay for parking and don't move the car, the tow truck will take it away the walls of the building are dirty the doors are really aband... read more

Very attentive mgr......Friendly tenants.... Very few disrespectful tenants....... Only heard of 1 clothing thief & so far no grocery or pkg thief...... HOW BLESSED R WE
