I've been taking my Passat there for years. The service is 10/10 and the coffee is 10/10. I had my car serviced there on my way to Texas for a family issue. They made sure my car was ready for the drive. Don't get me started on how awesome the parts department is. Overall I would highly recommend!

I don’t write too many reviews and most of the time they’re 5 stars. But wow Andrew Covarrubias is extreamly unprofessional to work worth. Poor customer service, was very condescending and rude over the phone they pocket a diagnostic fee overly maybe a 10 minute check? It took me not even 15 minutes to find the real issue. ⭐️ 1 Star – AVOID I had a very bad experience at Volkswagen Riverside. The salesman was pushy and rude, and I felt completely disrespected during the interaction. I don’t remember the salesperson’s name, but the experience left a lasting impression—in a bad way. On top of that, their pricing was extremely high compared to other Volkswagen dealerships.
