I came here because we really wanted to find out what was wrong with our car and was pointed in the direction of the service department. We met a gentleman named Michael who was extremely helpful and honest. Not only did he let us know what was wrong the vehicle he gave us a service report so that way we were able to take it for repair.
Asked for a written quote, refused to send one. Simple i will take my money elsewhere.
These guys literally saved my life i would of been done... they gave me a shot when I needed it most and no one else would. they'll take care of u.. love u Jhon u da man and Raymond knows he's stuff these guys are #1
John, Ray (Sales), and Samir (Finance) were amazing to work with. They answered all my questions in detail and went above and beyond to work with me. I can’t thank them enough. Michael in the Service Department made sure all my questions were answered and took me step by step of all the work he did. All employees made my experience at Riverside VW the best I have had at a dealership. I will definitely be recommending them and requesting Michael to be my service advisor in the future.
