Awesome customer service!
Just went in for routine service for my VW and had the pleasure of working with Mike Lopez in the service department. Straightforward and professional, I felt like I was dealing with someone who was knowledgeable about my car’s maintenance, without feeling like I was being pushed into services I didn’t need. Because of Mike, I’ll definitely be returning for future service! Thanks!
Update: In hindsight, I was around 21 years old when I bought my first car from here, partly my fault but they threw on warranties I DID NOT need and asked if they can be removed, was told no. Had I known better at the time, I would have fought to get them removed as I now know they could have been removed but they totally took advantage of me at the time lol typical dealership stuff
I've been taking my Passat there for years. The service is 10/10 and the coffee is 10/10. I had my car serviced there on my way to Texas for a family issue. They made sure my car was ready for the drive. Don't get me started on how awesome the parts department is. Overall I would highly recommend!
