Please read All. I brought in my 2010 vw beetle with 87,000 miles which has consistently been taken in for a engine oil change and transmission service, well taken care of. I took the car into this dealership (metro auto group- riverside VW) for a basic oil change and transmission service. Couple days later, I left the dealership and drove down the road. I could not get a timely service appt at my regular dealer so I came to Riverside VW. It was a wonderful experience my car was serviced and I was kept fully informed and given options which took into account that my lease is up soon. I felt the dealership was honest and did excellent work. Even though this dealership is not in my area, I will continue to go to it because I feel I can trust them.
