Once again I brought my 2025 Atlas Cross Sport in for the front breaks making this horrible sound and once again I am being told it's because VW changed the breaks they use and something g about the dust that cause the sound . I was told if I want that sound to go away I have to change to ceramic brakes that I have to pay for . When o first bought this car I was asked by another Atlas owner about the same sound and at the time it wasn't making the noise but I definitely can see what she meant . Everyone, especially Connor, was extremely polite and professional, and even drove an hour to get my wife’s signature on documents after the shop closed. The best
I made my appointment online for 8:00 a.m. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted immediately. I told the service rep that I would be waiting for my car and he said it would be about an hour. It turned out to be only about 35 minutes. I was on my way in less than an hour or so I was very happy with the experience.
