How is it that management's response to: Rodent concerns, overgrowth of mold, stolen money/deposits, utility overcharges, and outright disrespect to tenants only answer is: sorry for the inconvenience. Seriously? Management should be fired and overseeing management should be ashamed for taking advantage. Edit: regarding your response, I have. I have also dropped a packet detailing the information as well as my current steps in working with code enforcement and tenant concerns

The rat/rodent/pest problem is so bad, they make you sign an illegal statement acknowledging that any pest concerns are of no fault of the apartment complex. The trash containers are so disgusting and terribly maintained, it’s amazing that rats don’t say hi to me as I walk into my apartment complex. If you notice too, this apartment (Riverside Villas) complex doesn’t provide any higher management to speak to or follow up with. Beware and document everything and anything. Go here if you want your deposit stolen.

DO NOT MOVE HERE They will literally scam you for money. The manager never answers the phone and it is only her in the office. They have the office closed majority of the week. Therefore, makes it impossible to get a hold of someone. They find all kinds of charges to put on your account and never want to fix anything wrong with the apartments that were properly fixed before you move in.
