Old w/ Mold, Roaches, Roaches, Roaches! Do not rent an apartment from this complex/the same for Hawthorn Apartments (AKA Village Green). Terrible management. Old with mold, roaches and more roaches.The same management for both properties. There isn't anyone on premises at Riverside. I rent 2/1, 2nd floor of 3rd floor apt. The building is so old, when the bottom floor slams the door it rocks my entire apt, pictures fall off the wall and eventually,vibrate off table after time.
