We had the best experience moving into Riverside Village. Donovan helped us with every step of the process and made our moving transition much easier. Everyone in the leasing office is helpful and answered our questions immediately. We’ve been living in Riverside Village for about a month and everything has been perfect so far. The maintenance team came right away when we needed them. Our neighbors are great as well. Highly recommend!
I had a really disappointing experience moving in. Prior to the move, I frequently followed up with the management office to ensure the apartment would be ready since I had reserved the moving company for that specific date. I was assured and confirmed multiple times that the apartment would be completed and ready on time.
