I used to live here this is were my childhood and friend lived here but now I live somewhere better this place was great
Black mold was painted over, rent is increased at every opportunity, clear signs of previous smokers in non-smoking apartment, water damage, the whole nine yards. Now that we are trying to leave, we're being told we need to submit a 30 day notice "in writing" and pay for an additional month of rent. The rent isn't crazy expensive and people generally keep to themselves, but I would recommend continuing the search. You can do much better.
