RecommendedMy dog, Brady, smashed into a giant glass bottle and did terrible damage to his face. Dr. Kline rushed him into surgery and totally reconstructed his beautiful face and put him all back together! She and the vet techs did a fantastic job, and Brady and I will forever be grateful to them! Thank you all so very much!

We switched from our former veterinary clinic of 30+ years to Riverside earlier this year. They are very professional yet extremely personable with us & attentive to my 2 dogs and their individual needs. I especially appreciate how respected we feel as they take the time to listen. This week I came home to find that something had frightened one of my dogs so badly that he injured himself while I was out. Riverside squeezed us in even though they were a little behind. I would absolutely never take my dog anywhere else. Dr Mirro and Dr Cline have been outstanding and have taken care of all of our families pets. Most recently Dr. Cline went above and beyond to help our Loki with his horrendous allergies and all the issues that come with it. He’s back to his normal loving self and we couldn’t be happier with the plan she has helped us formulate to best help our baby. Unfortunately my opinion on Riverside has changed recently. I’ve had my cat there so many times this year due to diabetes. She’s been on a medication and I was told 300 levels were to be worried and then another appointment I was told 500 levels are a concern—these are two completely different numbers. Mixed messages made me feel very uneasy. One of the techs also couldn’t take her blood and several times made her bleed and put her through so much pricking. Dr Mirro and I would never tell anyone they couldn't see us because they sought a second opinion. That is not how we operate here. Ever. We refer patients with complex cases to other specialists all the time. Diabetes is a complicated disease and the results can often be confusing. I certainly would be happy to talk with you further about this. As the Medical Director, I want to make sure that communication on every level with clients is clear and accurate, and anytime it is not, I absolutely want to know about it.
We’ve been with Vet Cline for over 20 years, Dr Cline, Dr Mirro and her staff are the best around. Not only do they care about about animals they care about the “pet parents” we’ve never been rushed out of the room.
The only vet for this guy and any dog I will ever have or dog-sit. Friendly, fun, personable staff that is overly efficient! If your appointment is running late, you don’t mind, because you know someone’s pet needed a little more care. I’ve been here for my dog’s first visits and their last visits. Every dog I’ve had sleeps during a nail trim and sits quietly In the waiting room. We had a great experience with Dr. Kline. We were so thankful to be seen on such short notice. They made us feel like a priority even though we were first time patients. Everyone in the office was so helpful & friendly. We definitely found our new veterinarian!
