Our heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you who helped us yesterday to say goodbye to our family member, Chewie. From each one of you I spoke to on the phone to make and schedule our decision, to those who assisted in any way, along with Dr. Jimmy Maxwell, you were all so very kind and compassionate. You all helped make an otherwise very sad and stressful day for our family a little less so. Thanks again. I am new to the area and had an emergency with my 8 year old dog. I have only used one vet the last 14 years. So seeing a new one was scary. After looking at reviews I went with Riverside. And I’m so happy I did. The level of care Dr. Katie and her staff gave was exceptional. They all fell in love with Tiny Bubbles and treated her as she was their dog. She had to stay overnight, this was her first vet emergency and being away from me overnight-I was so worried! But not when I picked her up. She was all smiles. She was very well loved. Although her diagnosis wasn’t pleasant. They’ve went above and beyond to make sure Tiny is comfortable. Praying she pulls through. I know we can sleep easy knowing Dr. Katie is on top of this. Thank you ❤️

So my 4lb Chihuahua broke her leg last weekend. She was seen same day on a Saturday. Doc called me on a Sunday to check on her. Saw her again on Monday then called again on Wednesday to check on her. Docs here really care. My girl is resting comfortably. Thank you ♥️

Dr. Amy and the whole staff are wonderful! They took such good care of my precious bunny Theodore (and me after Theodore’s passing) and now they’re loving on my new little rescue pup, Kevin!!

Dr. Amy & Dr. Rich are awesome! My hat off to Dr. Amy, she has been amazing keeping me in the loop with my Cats wellness plan. He was very sick when I brought him in. Immediately there was a plan to get my cat healthy again. He did require surgery, meds and a lot of TLC. I am very happy with the concern they showed in his recovery.
