Riverside Vet is a great group of caring people!!!
Took my toy poodle to this facility (before moving) to be groomed and she was knicked twice very badly. She had to get sutures on one occasion with no medication prior. The second time they conveniently forgot to tell me she had even been cut badly when I picked her up and I didn't see it until later. She now is groomed at Biscuit and Bubbles in Roanoke and goes to Vinton Veterinary Clinic and I am 100% more satisfied ;)
Dr. Potter is great with my Rico and has been treating him the past two years. I wouldn't bring Rico anywhere else. Everyone there is so friendly and have a strong passion for caring for our fur babies.
This place is amazing!! They where the place to see my puppy with the amount of money I had at the time when I call the next morning to cancel his appointment they asked why and I had to tell them we lost him that morning they took the time to send me a rose for my baby.. And the hole time that I was there they where nothing but friendly even after there closing time... I'm so thankful for there crew
I can't thank Dr. Magyar and Beth the vet assistant enough. Without you guys I know our Zoe would've died. Thank you guys for taking the time out to take care of her like you guys did.
