Overall was ok, But the industrial washer dryer vibration was crazy at 4th floor 7:00 am evert thing was shaking inside the room! There was a swimsuit left at the chair by previous guest and never was checked and removed! (I throw it in the garbage!) The shower and bathtub was old and not cleaned properly
I don’t even know where to start. WiFi wasn’t working. Dialed 0 and had to call 3 times to reach someone at the front desk. The desk person didn’t mention it when we checked in but said they had it ticket in with their provider but nothing they could do. He offered for ME to call their provider to give them my iPad IP address and try troubleshooting. Absolutely not, I’m not paying for my room to call their internet provider… The parking garage is absolutely horrendous. The spots are nearly impossible to get into and out of. ... read more
A wonderful place to stay if you are staying in, or traveling through the Portland area.
Do NOT book this hotel if you need to park a car or get some sleep or expect a slightly better experience associated with the brand. This "Cheapyard" is located conveniently to absolutely nothing and offers all the grandeur of a motel at Marriot prices. The reception staff couldn’t be less indifferent, except one young gentleman who wished us a good day. I probably would be grumpy too because the reception area consists of two tiny desks and chairs.
