TV on the fritz. No shower curtain. Fridge froze everything. Happens, but still.
Dirty rooms, not updated at all, beds hard as rock to the point I couldn’t sleep and I could barely walk from the pain in my back and hips. House keeping knocked at 9am and asked when we were leaving (check out is noon ) some sort of liquid dried on walls, instead of using tissue there was boogers wiped on walls. 1/4 roll of toilet paper. Toilet wasn’t bolted to floor all the way. I was extremely disappointed. I would expect this in a lower class hotel. The patio is beautiful and was going to book wedding there…. Not now
It is not advertised that the rooms are connected to one another with one room having acess to the lock and not the ither. The room was disusting and the hallway smelled like pee. When these issues were brought up to staff they could literally care less, like this is a common occurance. Do not stay here.
The hotel is nice in my opinion. Good location on the river. $15 a night for parking in the garage (which is the only option majority of the time). Typical Portland things. But you guys can’t even put a couple of complementary bottles of water in the room? You really gotta milk everybody for $4.50 per 20 oz bottle of water downstairs? Out of all the hotels I stay at for work, this is the only time I’ve ever seen that. Greedy world we live in I guess.
Very nice hotel with balconies right on the Columbia River. We will definitely stay again.
