Echoing the other comments about the dismissive nature of the staff. I had a 9:30AM appt scheduled to see Amberly Levan, NP for chronic pain I’ve been experiencing and she called me and canceled my appt at 9AM. I had already taken off from work for the appt. She said that I needed to see gyno, despite having seen my gyno multiple times in the last few months, and most recently just a couple weeks ago where all gyno screens were negative. We have a sad experience with Dr Powel, my brother saw him for a mass on his bladder that unfortunately end being cancer. My brother spent several days hospitalized at Riverside and he never had the time to talk visit him in person
