The front receptionist was kind, but the wait was two hours long to be seen by a doctor. When I finally saw someone, they were dismissive and left me with no knowledge of what kind of medication I will be receiving and why.
Janet was a great help to us! X-rays were a breeze. When it came to bandaging my son’s foot she was thoughtful and careful. We really appreciate her taking the extra time. This location has always been amazing. Short wait and in and out quickly
I love it here the nurse Sandy is wonderful and the doctor Michael the office is very clean and the level of care is above their five stars they are very professional thank you for taking care of my family
I have been stopping in for a research study. All the girls are really nice and the facility is very spacious. Plenty of elbow room. Everything is always clean and comfortable. There’s a restroom in the waiting area and also restroom back in the treatment area. Safe parking. Right off the freeway on La Sierra. There’s an Alberto‘s and a Jack-in-the-Box in the same parking lot if you’re hungry and a Stater Brothers market if you wanna do some grocery shopping.
I've been going here for years. Today they get 0 stars. After consulting with cvs next for a medication I could take...they ignored cvs recommendation and gave a hand written prescription for something I'm deathly allergic too...and yes it is on my list of allergies.
