Horrible. that’s all i gotta say.
The staff is so rude here specially the customer scheduling support they hang up on you or place you on hold for hours, I have gone to the ER and had unnecessary procedures, I later found out by a doctor so that's how I know... I would not recomend this hospital at ALL!! parking availability sucks too
This place is trash! Staff in the ER complete trash! Remind me never to get hurt in this area
The nurse notified me that I was going to be discharged and handed me my paperwork. Then the nurse opens the curtain up. Then starts removing items from me, by grabbing and pulling. I stop him and asked him to please close the curtain. The nurse closed the curtain and tell me I can get dressed and leaves. I get dressed and waiting for my ride. takes over 3 hours for a simple x-ray and then another hour for discharge papers????
