Completely unprofessional and incompetent. I got an infection staying in Unit C due to their malpractice and negligence. I mentioned discomfort and questioned, but they let me out before I had the consultation with a doctor which they said they would schedule for me. I would've had to pay thousands of dollars in total meanwhile having an infection that could've been prevented and did not get treated properly while staying here, much less help my mental health with the stress of it all. My son in law went in for a medication change. He is not a danger to himself or others, he never has been. He takes his meds but noticed they weren’t working right. They didn’t listen to him and are making up things to keep him there rather than letting him have the new medication and letting him live his life. Shake on them for torturing an autistic man that went for honest help.

I called today trying to seek inpatient treatment, when I called I was asking if they had any beds available so I could come to do intake, I was very calm but clearly broken when calling and trying to seek help but the women on the phone gave me the most horrendous attitude for asking if they had space and then proceeded to treat me terribly and angrily told me that she didn’t know what I wanted , I repeated that I was calling to see if there was space available, they angrily asked me why so I responded “I just want to make ... read more

Asked me if I need help getting any medications I said no. At least for my mental health I'm okay and already tried that when I was younger made me worse. Thank you for the support and love, the staff is great.
