Bought the Riverside "Dream" 176BH, 2018 model. It is our first trailer and there were two small issues we discovered in the first 60 days. The company paid a local dealer to replace one of the smaller grey water tanks with a much larger tank (a mistake in manufacturing but ended with a larger black water tank in the process. The other small leak in the bathroom sink was fixed by the original dealer in Columbus, Georgia when we returned from our first 5 day camping trip. Worst purchase I have ever made. Riverside RV is the worst and makes a very low quality product and their customer service is horrible. Good luck getting somebody on the phone there as all you will get is voice mails and nobody ever calls back. I have had nothing but problems with my 2016 31 ft. BKHS, that I bought new. No wonder they got bought out by Chinook Motorcoach, Inc.
