Fast, friendly, complete
First of all, I want to thank Josh for doing an excellent job in coordinating the recovery and care of my truck. We were both let down, unfortunately, by the workmanship of the service center technicians. I was there yesterday for a scheduled oil change.* After improperly screwing on my oil filter, my Good Toyota Truck was given to me to drive home. Thank goodness I was alerted by the truck and reacted quickly, because apparently I had, uh, excreted most of my oil (important) out onto hwy 411. Shut 'er down. Like I said, Jos... read more
