Made an appointment to get my tire looked at because I ran over something and I was on my spare. I waited three hours for them to come back and tell me they couldn’t do anything for my tire and I would have to order another one. Their excuse for me waiting 3 hours was the person that was supposed to tell me was on lunch. My appointment was scheduled after lunch hours and no lunch last for three hours. I stopped by this dealership for the first time after moving to the area. I own two Toyotas and was checking on service options and whether the 2026 models were in, as I plan to trade both. While there, I picked up an air filter. The parts rep handed me the part and took the invoice to the cashier. I didn’t check the price until after the transaction was complete—$30 charged. First of all, I want to thank Josh for doing an excellent job in coordinating the recovery and care of my truck. We were both let down, unfortunately, by the workmanship of the service center technicians. I was there yesterday for a scheduled oil change.* After improperly screwing on my oil filter, my Good Toyota Truck was given to me to drive home.
