Seems like a great place, but maintenance isn’t the best. Requests go unattended for weeks to months even if you push constantly. While yes, there is only one maintenance worker at the moment, there’s no reason we should have AC units that are over 40-50 years old, causing some homes to be stuck at up to 80 degrees inside. Fridges leak badly in the summer, again they are very old. Going into it knowing it wasn’t fancy or anything, I expected some bad features but not this many.
