Do have to put down payment of 4k before moving in?
Rent is cheap bc they're run down. No play ground equipment or property manager on site as stated on their website. Next to child abusers recovery center. The trail has nothing to do with these apartments nor is it an amenity of the property. Management is disgusting & very narcissistic! Current resident looking to vacate asap. This was my last option & worse then my already low expectations!!!
A really wonderful place to live! Quiet, and neighbors are nice. Landowner is very reasonable!
