The elevators are always broken, the cops are always in the building or around the building and no one leaves their apartment! The apartment I live next to is always watching and following me, making me feel not safe and other people said they complain about it as well about and nothing has been done about it. Then I see about 10 different men sometimes going into the apartment next to me making me uncomfortable.
Maya does a really great job at managing everything. She makes every process seem less troublesome and more fruitful.
Living here has been easy, comfortable, and surprisingly well-managed compared to other places I’ve rented. Everyone in the leasing office is incredibly helpful and kind. During move in, everyone was communicative, friendly, and made the process easy from start to finish. Shout out to Nathan (who no longer works here but was awesome during my move-in) and Maya, who continues to be super responsive and has been on it during this new transition. Riverside has improved a lot recently. The staff is much friendlier, and Maya has been especially helpful. She’s done a great job organizing the package room and keeping the area clean and well-maintained.
