Definitely would recommend living. Pierre and his team have been a blast🤌🏾⭐️.
Had a package missing at the apartment. When we asked the leasing office, they suggested it was stolen and we should contact the delivery service for a refund implying they had made a mistake. We asked if we could review security footage, to which they replied that “it would take too much time and be too difficult”, even though it’s really as simple as looking for when the package goes missing. Pierre (PJ) is the ONLY reason I’m giving a 5-star review. I’ve had a major issue with which I’ve visited the office atleast 3-times, only to be brushed off. PJ resolved my issues and helped me out with all my questions under 10min and with PATIENCE! Glad that he’s a part of management.
What a great experience. I appreciate being talked to and not talked down to. Pierre Johnson is a people person. He made my day! He handled my situation on the spot! This feels like the Riverside I know we are family! Thank you Thank you for bringing back the spirit we love here!
