I've had a great experience living here. The management team has been responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions or requests. They recently went above and beyond to help me with a parking accommodation, which I really appreciated. The staff has been professional, and the community has been a great place to live. What I like most about living here is staff members, particularly Maya. She's always cheerful and willing to help resolve any issues that you're having. Maya always maintains a friendly inviting atmosphere in the rental office.
I am very impressed with management especially Niell she is very professional and takes the time to address each of us with care. I have had two situations that she addressed and followed up to make sure I was satisfied! I am so happy that Morgan property employs staff that knows how to interact with tenants and not make us feel like we are bothering them! Niell thank you!
Every time I have a problem, I go to Pierre and boom its solved! He is really a friendly guy. We are lucky to have a person like him working at Riverside Towers.
I’ve Live and apartment building before I’ve became a tenant at Riverside, and when I tell you. I haven’t met a person like Maya she’s very patient, always responds back whether it’s email or by phone Maya is very quick with her response. Maya makes sure the tenants are satisfied with any concerns / questions we may have. Maya is one of the best property management , I’ve came across. My rating for Maya will always be 10/10 very satisfied.
