I've lived here over 26 years & have really liked it. The staff, for years, has been absolutely fantastic. They are kind, helpful, & very quick at handling things. Whether it's maintenance, questions, problems, etc. it's taken care of very fast. I have had things stolen from the laundry room & the front of my door which really hurt & the vehicle has been broken into 3 times. This is a bummer, but it's still a good place to live. The goods make up for the bads.
I left a review here regarding the disgusting bug infestation that wasn’t disclosed until after we signed the lease, shady management that simply does not care and the awful living conditions in this building over a month ago. I was called in for a meeting with management to “discuss” and they made all kinds of promises to take care of it. All of this happened over a month ago and because of it, I deleted my review. I viewed this place online a year ago and fell instantly in love! i knew that i wanted to live here. Sharon was the person i was in contact with since day 1, she has been there for me and helped me with every single thing i needed and not to mention if something was needed it was done the same day or very next day. i never have had such an amazing woman to talk to, she makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk into the office i felt like i have known her for years. They advertise having a gym, however this gym includes old broken equipment that has nearly killed me on several occasions. Treadmills have a sudden stop feature! Not to mention with high turn over of tenants, you will be having a lot more friends! I am not talking about interesting people; However, I’m talking about roaches and bedbugs!! Riverside towers should seriously invest more into this property if they want to keep tenants.
