Friendly and courteous and while I had to leave a message he both called and texted back within 20 minutes of leaving a voicemail the rates are also VERY reasonable for a 24 hour notary!!!
After trying to close for better than 3 weeks, we finally chose another title company. Dealing with Riverside Title was a disaster from the start, Kathy was unorganized and made matters 100 times worse. I would recommend that you close by yourself before you consider Riverside Title, they were a disaster for us.
