Everything Worked Out Perfectly! The Riverside Terrace catered our annual cocktail reception for about 150 people last week and it was amazing. The food was fantastic. The crabcakes were out of this world, so were the skewers. The staff was professional, very accomodating and overcame some major obstacles - our office is undergoing massive construction so we didn't really have a kitchen or a great staging area, but these guys pulled it out without a hitch. Beautiful Location! Thank you so much for helping make our Daughter's wedding such a memorable experience. Riverside Terrace is such a beautiful location and your staff is top-notch! Everything ran so smoothly- from the buffet dinner, to the bar service, to the cake cutting. A special thank you to Liz who was always nearby to help in any way possible. I have not seen I have not seen anyone like these employees working like a team and take it upon themselves to help out like that for a long time and it was refreshing. Got done quick thanks to their help.
Old fashioned customer service The staff know what works and they help you make a great event - and they do it with a smile and old fashioned - customer service!!! Cindy at Riverside Terrace is top notch Cindy at Riverside Terrace is top notch. They made planning our reception at easy, fun and fabulous. Both Cindy and staff are highly knowledgeable about their craft and will help you with all of the details required to make a soiree such as this possible. Excellent! The facility is very nice and I enjoyed my meal and had an all around good time. The food was greta and the service was too. Would recommend the facility to anyone looking to have a good time and have great food.
Thanks to the staff Thanks to the staff for the great service during my daughter, Jenny's, wedding reception. Everyone went out of their way to make sure her day was special from filling the bowls with water before the reception to helping out when we were clearing the centerpieces from the tables after the reception had ended.
good job Everyone here was very helpful and the food with service went beyond my expectations, so I have to say thank you for everything. I will be recommending Riverside to everyone.
