I just called this company because the HP website says to take my warranties here. They said that they don't do warranty repairs for anything bought in a store. The employee that took the call and refused to do their job also provided no reason for this other than "It's confusing." This is also the only local location that HP recommends. Save yourself a lot of trouble and don't take any of your business here!
Little disappointed with service we received from RTI. We contracted with them to set up a virtual desktop enviroment and looked to them to help keep our environment according to VMWare best practices. We had issues with communication and getting things done in a professional organized manner. It was more of a shoot from the hip type engagement.
