Had a colonostomy yesterday, from the minute I walked through the door, from the front desk staff, to the nurses, anesthesiologist & the surgeon, were polite, attentive, confident & comfortable. I felt safe, and as if I was provided as much as personal experience as possible, they completely explained each step of the procedure beforehand. Clean facility. I came with my wife for a test due to a gastric colic from desk staff very rude no compassion with patients they have problems with generator and computers transfer the frustration to clients The woman at front desk has her ID turn so you can not read her name will never ever visit this place for services
