I have been coming here since 2013, when I was working in New Orleans and have continually come back whether it was a long work project or just a few days. I know I can always get top-notch customer service along with a great nail job, pedicure, and couple's or solo massage. Hoa and her staff truly make every visit a fantastic one and I always leave happy and will continue telling everyone I can about them!!
Very convenient and a good value in the quarter. It's very small though and not a very big choice of colors. But for an affordable pampering on tired feet while on vacation, it's just the ticket.
We decided to take a well deserved girls vacation to New Orleans and opted to make it a road trip. After 14 hours in a car, we called this salon and they were able to squeeze us in for pedicures and massages. They were incredible. We got tips for great things to see on our trip too.
Best part of my trip so far was being spoiled at this place by Tara, and Hoa, and I feel bad but I can't remember the young ladies name who did my nails. Love that you can make appointments online also!
I got the massage/mani/pedi package for $110. The massage was awesome. It really worked out some problem areas for me. The pedicure was nice and the techs were great. The mani was alright, wasn't crazy about my nail shape and my cuticles were a little banged up BUT this is the only gel manicure I've had that hasn't lifted. The product is on there and it isn't coming off. They really accommodated 6 girls pretty well and we never felt rushed. It's a cool little full service salon while on vacation.
I was only home for a few days and was so glad that I choose here to spend my time. We did a couples massage and everything was perfect. Will be coming back as often as possible!
Stephanie was amazing! Great person, and fun character. My upper back really needed what she executed perfectly!
I came to NOLA Halloween weekend for my Bachelorette Party. The week before coming the Spa I had originally booked for me and my bridesmaids called and canceled on us because they said they wouldn't be able to accommodate the number of ladies anymore. I called Riverside Spa and they not only were able to accommodated ALL of us but the service was EXCELLENT not to mention our complimentary MIMOSAS were delicious. When I travel back to NOLA I will definitely go back.
