Riverside Spa is UNPROFESSIONAL Me and my friend came for a hot stone massage. When we got there there the massage therapist say her name was leila and taniesha i think. got to the second floor it was very creepy but i was fine i guess but when i get to the room it was really hot i ask leila if there can turn on the ac. she told me that it blowing and than she call downstair to the owner asking him to trn the ac cooler i dont know what the problem but i hard he coming up the second floor and yell at the poor lady tell he go ... read more
Great after long night Located in the historic French Quarter, after a long day of sightseeing or a long night of Partying on Bourbon Street , nothing is better than a nice massage at a nice spa. the staff are very personable.
Riverside Spa is The WOrst Place To get Service I was on a vacation with my husband in new orleans. i went and get a pedicure done here and it was my worst pedicure the cuticles wasn't remove nails wasn't file strength and my polish was terrible. The guy who give me a pedicure seem to do everything i bets he don't do nails. and oh my god the lady sit nice to me i guess it was one the employee she keep talk and talk talk wait she doing the client pedicure i can't relex.Will NOT GO THERE EVER

Worst manicure/pedicure in my life This was without a doubt the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever paid for AND, by the way, the most expensive. Nails were shaped unevenly, cuticles were not completely removed, hang nails were not removed correctly, polish was applied sloppily and within hours of leaving the salon, one would have thought it had been three weeks since my last treatment. My weekend out. Me and my wife was on our liltle weekend getaway. We book an appointment with this spa. i ask them if there are a full day spa service there say no. There mainly do complete nail service and Massage and Facial. So i book for me a 60 min massage and for my wife a 60 min massage and a pedicure. we enjoy our massage and the pedicure. the staff was very friendly there talk and loud with us. the area was nice and clean.
RecommendedJust had a great deep tissue massage at Riverside! The massage therapist helped alleviate my lower back pain I’ve been having for awhile. Very cool place, friendly staff, and great prices!
Wonderful massages, thorough professional pedicures, lovely manicures, pretty blow-outs, nice spa packages, and responsible business practices.
Couples massage was fabulous! The staff was so nice! They went out of their way to accommodate us!
