Stay away from this place. Don't let the cheap rent lure you in. And if you do happen to live here/move in, TAKE PICS OF EVERY LITTLE THING when you move out, or get evicted....they like to evict people after they've stayed past their original lease is up. It doesn't matter if you're never late on your rent, they'll still evict you. I left over a year ago and just found out they're suing me for $2,400. Nasty place ,black mold. It was never cleaned properly before we moved in.the girls in the office we're very nice though .i really don't think they new all that was going on with the cleaning people. Sorry but that's the way I feel about that nasty place...so glad to be out of there ...
I've lived here about a year now its a great place to live the prices are very reasonable.
So far I love it. Been here since April and enjoy watching the airplanes ✈ fly by. The airport is only about 5 minutes from where I live and Cade's cove is close also. Also very reasonable rent considering other places I've looked at. Has a pool, basketball goals and the river is walking distance. Great place to call home.
This is a great place to live, my wife and I lived there for over 6 years and were very, very satisfied!
