PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST (especially budget direct customers). If you DON'T WANT TOO see your car for 5+ months and constantly be lead on to believe it'll be fixed every 2 weeks. Riverside is the perfect place to be 👏 My vehcile was rear ended in March 2025 and it's now April 2025 (6 months). I had my car repaired at Riverside Smash in Moorebank after an accident, as recommended by my insurance company (Budget Direct), and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team—especially Mohammad—was professional, efficient, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The repair work was done to a high standard; my car looks and drives like new again. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and how smoothly everything was handled. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier!
I could give you every reason under the sun to not use these people. Long story short - My brand new car was rear ended in July 2024 and taken to Riverside as my insurance company’s choice of repairer. My car has since had EVERYTHING Riverside repaired on my car fixed or replaced 11 months later by a different repairer due to extremely poor workmanship. An absolute joke. 🙂
Worst experience ever, would highly recommended you DO NOT go to this place. Was in repair for 2 months for a simple fix and they created a bigger problem where I had to take it to another mechanic to fix it. They have no idea what they are doing
Could not have a worse experience with a repair. Do not go to this repairer if you want your car actually fixed. My car was sent in on Feb 9th and now it's the end of May and the repair was still not finished. I did not have "choice repairer" on my insurance so I had to go with this repairer. Over the course of 4 months, the estimated completion date was delayed over 5 times, each time the repairer never contacted me prior the ETA to inform of the delay.
