Guys did a great job in fixing dents, scratches, wheels and paining. This includes the dent on my car door. Could not believe my eyes to see my car after the work, they reset my cars age by 10 years that to for a very affordable price. Love the workmanship. Thank you so much Mac and Mohammed. Highly recommend and appreciated.
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST (especially budget direct customers). If you DON'T WANT TOO see your car for 5+ months and constantly be lead on to believe it'll be fixed every 2 weeks. Riverside is the perfect place to be My vehcile was rear ended in March 2025 and it's now August 2025 (6 months). The poor receptionist sounds like she’s one “two weeks” away from a breakdown She’s got that line on loop like a broken record at this point — “They’re gonna need another 2 weeks” might as well be the companies ringtone. I had my car repaired at Riverside Smash in Moorebank after an accident, as recommended by my insurance company (Budget Direct), and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team—especially Mohammad—was professional, efficient, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The repair work was done to a high standard; my car looks and drives like new again. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and how smoothly everything was handled. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier!
I could give you every reason under the sun to not use these people. Long story short - My brand new car was rear ended in July 2024 and taken to Riverside as my insurance company’s choice of repairer. My car has since had EVERYTHING Riverside repaired on my car fixed or replaced 11 months later by a different repairer due to extremely poor workmanship. An absolute joke. 🙂
