I had a really disappointing experience with Riverside Smash Repairs. I took my car to them twice because the indicator wasn’t working — not only did they fail to fix it, but they made the issue worse. I ended up having to take my car somewhere else just to get the problem properly fixed. To make things worse, when I asked for a receipt detailing the parts they replaced, no one got back to me. I had my car repaired here after being referred by my insurance company. The whole process took over a month, mostly due to delays in getting insurance approval when the car was towed in. The shop and the insurance kept passing the responsibility back and forth, so I had to constantly follow up and call them myself. Once approved, the parts arrived in two weeks, and the repairs took just a week. Thankfully, the insurance provided a hire car, which helped during the wait.
