The nurses and doctors were competent and caring. My two negative comments: (1) the ER was dirty. The floor in mom’s room looked like it had not been cleaned in a week. Built up dirt along wall and floor. Pretty unacceptable if you ask me. (2) six hours in the ER and we still don’t know if they are going to admit mom or send us home. Part of that has to do with coordinating with another agency but ridiculous none the less.
Worst hospital ever had a baby 6months ago during my c section I felt everything I told them I could still feel it and they didn’t listen to me then the surgeon and nurses where singing and dancing and a nurse threatened to tie me down because I couldn’t stop shaking during my c section mind you this was my first pregnancy I’m only 24 years old and then went a week ago for a following problem and had to go to a another hospital in Berlin to learn I’ve been slowly dying since November because they let blood and iron (2units e... read more
I went in for a colonoscopy today. The surgical staff put me at ease. Very caring team. Sorry, I can't remember all the names. Genuine care and smiles I will remember. Thank you
