Do not take your loved ones to this band-aid hospital, especially if they have serious issues going on! They are totally useless and will play the "shift blaming" game as one ER nurse put it! You won't get any answers for the questions you have, instead you'll have to find out what's going on via their discharge papers! It's so bad that I had to get a patient advocate involved last week. Thank God I got my Mother into Sentera Leigh on Sunday and not back into this horrible nightmare of a place!!!
My stay in this hospital was like being a homeless person in the ghetto, can only say that my surgeon was great an most of the nurses not so much the CNA's my bed was a like a roller coaster, TV was all channels in red that u could see anyway ,above my head was like construction going on most of the evening, family was lied to ,staff would not help contact doctors ,CNA's were liarscleaning lady was the best..my bed was like sleeping on metal, the staff was very loud like at a woman's conference no respect, the room had a sme... read more
For comprehensive care from the time you enter until you leave; you are in great hands no matter why you need their services.
Unfortunately, my daughter had a bad experience in the ER. She would have lost her life had I not taken her to an ER two hours away. I won't go into any detail, but people please follow your instincts. Don't let the careless actions of a provider cause you to lose judgement. I respect the doctors and nurses at Riverside for the work that you do, but please listen. That day nobody in the ER listened. AMAZING staff took care of my husband for an entire week after an appendectomy that occurred at midnight. I have nothing but good things to say about his stay, including personal phone calls with updates from his surgeon.
