We can’t say enough about Riverside. The staff is just fantastic ! The facility is bright and clean and warm and inviting. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pricing is very fair for the industry and well worth it for the loving care that is given. I have nothing but good things to say about Dad’s stay at Riverside. This place does not even deserve a star. It looks great on the outside but what goes on behind the doors is unreal. My mom was here a little over a month. Most horrifying situations you can ever imagine. Can’t even call 911 when asked to-finally managed 72 mins later. A week later, got a call she’s covered in bruises. Asked for a call from nursing head - not a word. She is now in hospice and moving out. Not a single response from ANYONE. Lipstick on a pig institution. Truly disgusting.

Very clean and staff are very tentative! A lot of services and amenities are offered! Resident’s all seem really happy and busy with the activities and experiences offered.
