Difficult to navigate. Listings online don’t match what homes are for sale. I was in front of a house with a Riverside Realty sign in front of it and it didn’t show up on their website or any of the home buying apps.

Horrible. Roger Whitehouse flat out lied to all the tenants of three apartment buildings in Rumford. He told us all the guy buying them was not going to raise the rents. Well we all received letters stating the rents which are now at $625/month are going up to $850/month beginning June 1st. By next June increased to $1000 to $1200 per month.
