NO recommendations from me I have lived at Village On The River Apts/Riverside Ranches for almost 2 years and I cannot get out of this place fast enough. The water is cut off on a consistent basis with no warning or explanation. If you ask for an E.T.A. of when to expect water you are told whenever it "gets fixed". The office staff is arrogant and any issues you report are ignored, such as being charged at by dogs not kept on leashes, laundry facilities that don't work, weight room that has been nonexistent for over a year -... read more

terrificalli weird attitude of stressed out managment SO..they are tearing down the whole place, its a mess, the laundry is off line and water is off a lot. So they call to see if Im going to renew and I say naw, in fact can we work out something on an early move out cause its so DAMN nosiy here all the time I say that way you could go ahead and do your Extreme make over thing ..the MOD went off..simple question just required a simple answer..they are very friendly when you are looking after that..just a bunch of nazi's

Decent Place to Live Village on the River is a decent place to live. Apartments are offered as 1 or 2 bedrooms. The apartments are just average sized on the inside, but the kitchen is open and spacious in the 2 bedrooms. Individual apartments do not have washers and dryers, but there is a laundry facility on site. The pool and hot tub hours are strictly enforced, and there is a security guard who patrols at night. There are a lighted tennis court and walking trails.
