Same here, they conned me and took my security deposit to update a home before I even moved in...had me send 1950 and 65 dollars for an application fee....told me carpets would be updated on a home that didn't show well in overlook Occoquan...I got approved then was given the lease...that didn't sit well with me so I backed out and never signed the lease...I was told my security deposit was invested in the landlords home prior to my move in!
