This place is super noisy its ridiculous. Its worse than living by a highway. There are always and I mean always cars reving their motors because it echoes on the hill and the building, the people passing though dont reapect the speed limit and thwy treat it like a racetrack, if you have kids they cant go outside alone. You dont even hear this kind of noise by the highway. Not to mention th few who like to blaze music... the windows are old and leak air and you can here everything!!! Karen the site administrator is one of a kind, she knows everyone and everything about Riverwalk. Karen will give you the best tour and answer every question you may have. This building is lovely and has a perfect location!! Trust me and give Riverwalk a chance, you won’t regret it!
Karen goes above and beyond and is personable with us each time we see her. We are lucky to have her here to assist with the buildings needs.
We have lived at Riverwalk on Main for the last 7 years. You can’t beat the location in downtown Old Algonquin right along the riverfront. Karen, the property manager goes above and beyond to ensure the property is secure and spotless! She throws resident events to make residents feel valued and to build a sense of community around the holidays. We absolutely love our home at Riverwalk on Main!
