I was happy with my physical therapist (John), but not happy that no one told me I was going to have a huge bill ($180 after two visits). When the dentist tells me I need a crown or something they tell me how much I'm going to pay. These people just ran up a huge bill without telling me that the insurance company wasn't going to cover much. I will tell my doctor (who referred me) that I want another PT if needed again. Jim
There are many Physical Therapy offices, and over the years I have been to a few of them, but none come closed to Riverside. They treated me after a hip replacement, & 2 hand surgeries & I had the best physical therapy ever. They treated me off & on for 3 years, 2017-2020, & I still go there to keep in physical condition, this on my own. They are the best.
The staff and PTs are wonderful. Best physical therapy I have ever had.
