My daughter was driving through Columbus when she broke down. Everyone I called could not get to the truck. One mechanic shop referred us to Riverside, they took really good care of my daughter, fixed the truck and had her on her way. As a parent I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this. Thank you for the best customer service.
I had to make an unexpected stop at Riverside Performance and Automotive last week when my Check Engine light came on in the middle of a drive from Houston to San Antonio. Shirley and Joe immediately greeted me kindly upon arrival and wrote up an estimate of the fixes and parts needed. This business has excellent customer service. Reasonable prices and had my car ready on time.
Joe and Ms. Shirley went above and beyond today to help me and my husband we was traveling from San Diego back home to Mobile Al. When are motor blew in our car on my birthday ...... They helped us find a cheap car to get us home let us hang out allday and went above and beyond to help us I would recommend these honest caring people and shop to anyone great people...
