I'm satisfied with the medical care my children receive here, and the nurses are friendly, sweet and competent, but I wish this facility was more concerned with cleanliness! The restroom is usually disgusting! When I'm already concerned about the health of my child, it is not reassuring to use a restroom that is just plain filthy, with no soap or paper towels to help the problem. Also the floors in the exam room are not clean. Toddlers usually need to roam a bit during a sometimes long wait for the dr, but it's all I can do ... read more
The doctors here are good but the facility and the staff are absolutely terrible. I've been the first one in the office multiple times and the trash has been overflowing so obviously the cleaning staff doesn't empty the trash... or clean? Soap is a luxury in their bathrooms apparently. You have to ask the front desk for soap and paper towels! This place provides decent care for children. However their billing is horrific. A lady there named Mina provides service that is far less than acceptable. It has been an ongoing struggle with them over billing. They claim I owe something at one time then revert back to saying I don't. I don't have a problem paying my bills. What I do have a problem with is them claiming I have a balance at one given point and then saying I don't. Either you have a balance or you don't....Simple as that!
