Very Personable!! Dr. Stephen Cowan was my and my brothers pediatrician for years!!! He's the best; hands down and very kind. He also takes his time when meeting with his patients, unlike other Dr's who are in a hurry.
When You Want the Best These two are the best there is. 16 years ago I deliver at 23 weeks a 1lb, 3oz baby boy, upon discharge I took him to a pediatric provider who just did not seem to be in touch with a infant born 4 months early. My mom suggest Dr. Baskins and Dr Cowan whom from the day we first met is still my son providers.
