Pretty terrible experience with Riverside. In no particular order:1) Apartment break-ins within the complex2) Motorcycle stole from within the complex3) Side gate closed down, making entry more difficult4) Consistently broken entry gates5) No hot water for a day 3 separate times6) Elevators not running consistently7) Frequent elevator breakdowns while people are inside8) Parking fees for parking passes despite an abundance of parking (justified by "dont want people who dont live here to be able to park here." --- fair enough... read more
