Used to be nicer Used to be nicer, no parking available. Starting to be overpriced for what you get. Maintenance isn't great. Slow response from management. Horrible neighbors now, being loud late at night and literally trashing the complex, I mean trash everywhere. Undisciplined kids running around at all hours. There's rules that are supposed to prevent these issues but management doesn't seem interested in doing anything except collecting the rent checks.

Annoying Neighbors Overall the aparments are nice but I can't stand my neighbors that surround me. Parents let their kids (even young children like 1 to 5 y/o) outside till literally 12am whether it's a school night or not and no adult is watching them. Kids also leave trash ALL OVER THE PLACE and play soccer kicking my front door and garage. I've told the manager many of times but doesn't seem to really give me the time of day. I would say my main problem is the neighbors and their kids.

Been here for a few months Management had there own time. The trash keeps building up. If you need anything you had to call an 800 number that gives you the runaround.

So far. This is a very nice place. The only problem is that management has there own schedule. If you need to get a hold of management there's a 800 phone number that gives you the runaround.
