Had an appointment for 1pm canceled plans arrived at a punctual time when we walked up to the leasing office someone opened the door and said "im closing for the day I have nothing available to show you". WAIST OF TIME!
Do not rent here leaseing people in the office is very rude and prejudice I was denied to rent /do a application I have 2 jobs and make the income lease lady told me my paystubs look like fraud when I offer her to call the job and do a income verification she didn’t want to very rude and nasty and had my part time job of a offer letter that didn’t start yet they are very unprofessional run away from this place if
Terrible service. I have tried calling almost everyday for the past two weeks and not ONE person has answered the phone. even when i did live there, getting in touch with literally anyone was like pulling teeth. Im an understanding person for the most part but I’ve called their office for two weeks and haven’t gotten a single response. The automated voice asks if you need emergency maintenance and i even tried calling THAT and STILL no answer.
Living here was a mixed bag. Initially, during my first lease, things were okay. Location was convenient, it was affordable, and the neighborhood was quiet. During my second lease, however, things went south. During the summer months my ac would go out on a nearly monthly basis. I would have to constantly put in maintenance requests for it to be serviced and it would sometimes take multiple days to be fixed.
