We first went to Riverside MD Express in Williamsburg for my husband’s back pain. There was nothing they could do and referred us to Ortho Connect. On the flyer we were given, they advertise walk in appointments from 0700-1400, Tuesdays-Thursdays. I verified that my husband did not need to be a patient to be seen and the NP at MD Express said no. We drive to Newport News, only to be turned away because the provider they had did not assess patients with back issues but my husband could be seen in 3 days by someone who does. I... read more

The front desk staff is very sweet and courteous. The nurse I had was not nice at all and was actually pretty rude. Didn't listen to a thing I said. Dr. David Scott was also not nice at all, was rude and also did not listen to a word I said. He was also in too much of a hurry. It's a sad day when people who have a job to take care of others act like you are bothering them. I would think twice before going here.
