These guys rock ! I'm absolutely utterly afraid to go to the dentist because of a bad experience i had with an oral surgeon! I tried to cancel and Angel taked me out of it in a good way ! They supported me through the whole procedure, they even had a couple of the staff come in and hold my hand during the molar removal! The actual oral surgeon called me that night around 8:00 p.m. just to make sure that everything was good! I will literally never go anywhere else! 10/10 recommend! Thanks river side !
I had all 3 of my wisdom teeth removed at Riverside Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I walked in feeling very anxious and worried about being put under, but Carlos and his staff were incredibly understanding, friendly, and calm, which immediately helped put me at ease. Yesterday I visited this clinic and was pleasantly surprised, the service was at its best, everyone was friendly and happy to help, both at the reception desk and the nurse, and a special thank you to the doctor, he explained everything well, showed me how to be as informed as possible about my situation. My family had been coming to Dr. Ugalde since about 2016. He's done surgeries on myself and two of my kids (one at age 17 and one at age 9). He is the best! I'm a question asker and he has always been very kind, informative, helpful, and really had taken the best care of us when we needed him. He even personally calls his patients to check on them after procedures which is beyond the norm, and very nice! He and his staff are kind, knowledgeable, and made everything as smooth as possible.
