Great service. From the start to the end excellent service. Felt welcomed from the time I entered. They offered water, coffee and some sweets. Doctor was professional and kind during the exam. Had a eye exam and got some designer glasses they were able to get the colored lens I wanted and polarized lens at an affordable price. Highly recommend visiting them for your eye care. They take most insurances. They even offer spa services under one roof quite a unique optometrist office.
Analiza, I guess she’s the receptionist: She’s unspeakably rude and unprofessional. She kept rolling her eyes throughout our conversation. I’m wondering why is treating you guys’ customers like they’re stupid or unreasonable? She clearly needs some coaching on how to interact with patients and how to deal with her inner emotions. Or perhaps she hates her job, and maybe not getting paid well. Anyways, administration please talk to her because she’s not making a good image of your practice. AMAZING experience. I’m usually pretty skeptical about medical establishments due to previous negative experiences but honestly I’ve never felt more comfortable in a doctors office than I did today at Riverside Optometry. The staff is so knowledgeable and patient and truly care about your wellbeing. I genuinely can’t wait to go back for next years check up.
Very happy coming here for my eye exam, very nice people will be back next year
