Analiza, I guess she’s the receptionist: She’s unspeakably rude and unprofessional. She kept rolling her eyes throughout our conversation. I’m wondering why is treating you guys’ customers like they’re stupid or unreasonable? She clearly needs some coaching on how to interact with patients and how to deal with her inner emotions. AMAZING experience. I’m usually pretty skeptical about medical establishments due to previous negative experiences but honestly I’ve never felt more comfortable in a doctors office than I did today at Riverside Optometry. The staff is so knowledgeable and patient and truly care about your wellbeing. I genuinely can’t wait to go back for next years check up.

Their friendly optician was very helpful with their large selection of eyeglasses and both my daughter and I found our perfect style and individual customized fit. Highly recommend.
