I had a great experience bringing my son at this optometry office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful.The optometrist was very thorough during the exam and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable.

I had recently went to take my grandmother for an eye exam. The service and customer service was very eye-opening. Exam was very thorough and exceptional. My grandmother was very pleased. She in all her years has never seen such beautiful, and lovely ladies who are professionals, devoted to their work and ultimately put customer care and service ahead of themselves. I was offered the option for s picture or dilation of my eyes. I chose the picture. When checking out I was charged extra for the picture. All I said to Jessica was that’s cool but it would have been cool if I was told ahead of time about the extra fee. The front desk should’ve told you about that. But they didn’t. She said “since you’re complaining I’ll make a note on your chart.” What?!? complaining? Simply saying I wasn’t made aware of this charge. Jessica was short with me afterwards.
